This post will serve as a Welcome and top level FAQ and will be updated occasionally. I assume it will be updated a lot a first and then will become more static after it contains enough information to provide a feel for what this blog is about. The intent is not to place everything in this post. But if a question is continuously posed, I will add that information here.
